Beautiful Bracelet; OUTSTANDING customer service
This bracelet is so dainty and absolutely gorgeous. I recommend you get a paper ruler and measure your wrist before you do it, it sounds smaller than you think. I originally ordered a 5 inch with 1 inch chain and it was too small. Then I measured and I needed 6 3/4 just to go around my wrist before the extra inch chain. So to be on the safe size I ordered a 7 inch. When I tell you their customer service is so fast and responsive it is an understatement. I have dealt with countless companies lately that have very poor customer service and make returns and refunds near impossible. But I had the product returned and my refund issued within 48 hours of me shipping it. And now I have the one that fits and I am so grateful for this experience and wouldn't hesitate to buy from this company again.
