SHIPPING POLICY
Express delivery is free of charge with your order. Gelin Diamond does not cover the shipping costs for returned items.
Your order will be delivered by UPS, USPS or DHL.
You will be notified when your package leaves our premises and a tracking number will be sent to the email address that you provided during your purchase. All our packages are insured during transit.
If you have not received a tracking number, please check your spam/junk folder as well.
Please check your parcel before you accept the delivery. If your package has been damaged in transit, reject the receipt of it and file a claim with the carrier immediately.
