Refund policy

We offer a 30-day free return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. In addition, all of our products come with a 1-year warranty. If anything goes wrong with your item during this period, we will offer a refund or replacement.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase, or contact us using the same email address used for your order.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue promptly and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
