Low Quality and Terrible Customer Service

I spent $560 in purchasing the hoop earring’s that came in Damaged. I emailed Twice in order to get the return label because I was getting no response. After Sending the product back I emailed three times asking for an update on the refund. I still have yet to get a response even though they received the product Two weeks ago. The Evil eye bracelet also broke even though it’s claimed to be solid gold. The heart threaders after Two weeks are missing a Diamond. I am utterly astounded at how terrible the products are and the non response from customer service
